This weekend, Jen, Guinness, Jager, and I went up to West Virginia for my mother's birthday. It was a pretty easy drive, just a little rain, and now the pups sleep pretty much the whole way. Mom seemed happy to see us, even with the pups being jackasses. We went over to my aunts house for her birthday and a little cookout. It was the first time Jen had been over there, and it had been a while since I stopped over. She added a new section onto the deck which is outside the screened-in part that made us feel like we were up in the trees. A few birds came to visit Jen, she was not too happy. We had some hot dogs and some red velvet cake and my mom opened her presents. That evening, we just hung out, and I fixed some wiring that my dad put in for the network. The next morning, some Jolly Pirate Donuts, a trip to my grandfather's, and we were heading back to Raleigh. The pups seemed a little sad to leave, I think they liked the big house and most of all the backyard. Maybe we can ship the pups up to WV like Tucker does.... 7:16 PM | Comments [0]
