So this afternoon I downloaded the latest Dreamweaver trial. Since Adobe bought out Macromedia, the put their own spin on it and now the version is CS3 rather then version 9. The first thing I noticed is that the download is no longer just around 25MB, it is at a whopping 285MB and over 600MB for the mac! It installs a bunch of crap that has nothing to do with writing html, and it is now slow! I really haven't seen any improvements yet, and haven't had a chance to play around with the spry ajax stuff, but I really don't see why they decided tack on a bunch of crap.
